COOKEVILLE LACROSSE HIGH SCHOOL SPRING 2023 SEASON

Practice Start Date: January  2023

Practice Frequency: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (and Wednesdays as needed)

Times: 3:30 - 5:30 pm

Location: High School Lacrosse Turf Field

Registration Fee: $300.00 (pay in full or 2 installments)

** 1st installment $150 due 01/15/23

** 2nd installment $150 due 02/15/23

** Pay by Check or via easyMerchant Plus online payments

All players MUST be registered and active with US Lacrosse through the end of the Spring Season. If you are not, the registration will require you to register with US Lacrosse prior to completing your registration. The fee is $35.00 The US Lacrosse registration fees are NOT included in the above Cookeville Lacrosse fees.

Location: Cookeville Sports Complex

Registration Fee: $80.00 due 02/15/23
